Why HVAC

The math chose this niche.

Most "AI agency for trades" companies pitch the same generic receptionist to plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC, solar, and anyone else with a phone. Same product. Same marketing. Same shallow fit.

We picked residential HVAC because four traits make it the highest leverage niche in home services for missed call recovery.

  • The economics are real. Average residential ticket is $2,400. Year one LTV with maintenance plans and eventual install is $5K plus. One missed call is real money.
  • The seasonal urgency is unforgiving. Heat wave Mondays. Cold snap Tuesdays. Capacity matters most exactly when capacity breaks.
  • Emergencies are common and time sensitive. "No cool" at 11 PM with a baby in the house. "No heat" at 7 AM with elderly parents. Real triage is table stakes, not a feature.

So we said no to plumbers, electricians, roofers, and solar. The depth on residential HVAC dispatch, refrigerant escalation, seasonal triggers, equipment aware intake, install versus repair routing, requires staying narrow.

Niche focus is the moat. That is the whole company strategy on one line.

How we operate

Five rules we won't break.

1. You own everything

The agent in your voice AI account. The number in your phone account. The site on your hosting. The data in your accounts. We never operate the infrastructure your business runs on.

2. No markup on infrastructure

The voice AI bills you what it bills you. The phone provider bills you what it bills you. No referral cut, no bundled infrastructure, no marked up minutes. What you see is what you pay.

3. We will not take customers we cannot make successful

If you are outside our area, your volume is too low, your CRM does not integrate, or we cannot clear the bar, we say so on the discovery call and recommend who can. Fewer customers, better outcomes.

4. Honest math, always

5. Specialization over expansion
